The weather is rainy, we stay in the car on the ferry.
We arrive to « Palau », we head west towards « Alghero ». On the way, we make a detour to the village of « Bosa », described as the most beautiful village in Sardinia.
We arrive at Bosa. We need to admit that the chosen visiting time is a big mistake. Good luck having a walking tour in a Sardinian village at 2:00 p.m. in July at over 35°C. We do not stay a long time, just to take some photos
We arrive in Alghero. After some food shopping, we leave for our last Sardinian accommodation.
Our accommodation is located 25 minutes from the center of « Alghero » in the countryside (40°38’27.7″N 8°12’25.9″E). A beach is located 5 minutes away « Spiaggia di Mugoni » and a small food store 3 minutes away « CRAI Guardia Grande ».
Our accommodation is a bungalow in the middle of nature, well equipped and clean. It is managed by a very welcoming couple. The lady speaks very good English and a little French. The man speaks only Italian, but he is so friendly and helpful that the language is not a problem.

After a short nap, we go to the historic center of Alghero to spend the evening. We find a parking place on the street : Via Vittorio Emanuele (40°33’35.6″N 8°19’05.3″E).
The tour of the center is easily done on foot
And like all Sardinian villages in summer, the streets are charming and lively
