Mallorca Day 7 : Sa Calobra – Torrent de Pareis – Fornalutx – Port of Soller

We left early (07h45) in direction of « Sa Calobra » and « Torrent de Pareis » always on MA-10 road.

From Deia to Sa Calobra

From the point where we leave MA-10 for MA-2141 in direction of « Sa Calobra », the last 13 km are hardest in the route. The road is very narrow with many steep slopes.

We arrive at the port of « Sa Calobra ». There is a paying car park for 3 € / hour and 15 € / day (39°50’52.7″N 2°47’54.7″E). The car park opens from 9 am. This is the parking lot to go to both « Sa Calobra » and« Torrent de Pareis »

« Sa Calobra » is a beautiful little port in the form of a cove where you can swim or eat in the restaurants and cafes that surround the beach.

Sa Calobra

We had breakfast at « Restaurante La Calobra » (39°51’01.5″N 2°47’58.8″E) with a magnificent view of the port. Before the massive arrival of visitors, we decided to go to the « Torrent de Pareis ». It’s located 500 m from the port.

From « Sa Calobra » to « Torrent de Pareis »

Just follow the clearly visible signs.

The path is wonderful. It goes along the beach then crosses the mountains via small tunnels lighted with a beautiful blue light.

We arrive at the « Torrent de Pareis » and we are delighted. A small pebble beach between the mountains. The place is one of a kind. We get there early enough to find a place for our towels. We have a memorable swim, between the rocks, with the yachts opposite.

After swimming, we return back to « Sa Calobra » for lunch. We choose the « Bar Playa La Calobra » (39°51’03.2″N 2°47’59.2″E) with direct access and view on the beach.

Seafood dishes at 20 € and impeccable service with the possibility of going for a swim while waiting for the service.

We return back to the hotel to rest. In the evening we leave for the port of Soller through the village of Fornalutx.

Fornalutx is great for a late afternoon walk. Small picturesque village with very charming little streets.

At Soller port, You will find a free parking (39°47’21.3″N 2°41’29.4″E).

The port is large and very animated. There is also a large sandy beach. We spent our last evening in Mallorca there.

You can dine there with a good choice of restaurants. For our case, we had delicious crepes at « Beach House » (39°47’25.6″N 2°41’33.3″E)
