We found a Grab to go to the « Batu Caves ». The Grab ride costs us 12 RM (2.5 €)

An impressive golden statue of Buddha marks the entrance to the caves. You have to climb the colorful steps behind the statue to reach the entrance to the caves. It’s gigantic and splendid.

We take a Grab for 15 RM (3.3 €) to go to « Canopy Walk« , a small green park in the center of the city. The garden is beautiful but there were works in progress.

We start to get hungry, we choose to go to « Little India », the Indian neighborhood of KL. We take a Grab for 7 RM (1.5 €)

We found an indian restaurant with buffet : “Sri Paandi” (No. 254, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields). The principle is simple and original, we serve ourselves in the buffet and then settle down in a table. A waiter arrives and looks at our dishes, noting what we have taken. Payment is at the exit.

It’s becoming very hot and impossible to breathe due to the smog. we take a Grab towards the “Petronas Twin Tower” by paying 7 RM (1,5 €)

We arrive at the the towers. On the lower floors there is an air-conditioned shopping mall 🙂

We take some photos with the towers then ran in the center to cool off! it becomes unbreathable with Indonesian fires. Most people wear air filtration masks. On the lowest floor of the center, there is a fresh juice bar with all kinds of exotic fruits. We rest a little, before buying snacks and breakfast for tomorrow. We return to the hotel with a Grab paid 5 RM (1 €).
We have lunch with the snacks.

We go up to the Rooftop to try the infinity pool despite the smog and the works opposite.

At night, we take a Grab towards the “Central Market” by paying 5 RM (1 €)

It is a nice market with local products but a little bit expensive compared to local life. Right next to the market, we visit « China town ». You really think you are in China, with clothes sellers and electronic products (imitation of big brands)

We return to the hotel and go directly to the top floor to enjoy the view of KL by night.
