You can add your reservations (hotels, train …) in the application

Stippl will allow you to refine your circuit and to always have it on your phone

Orientation :

You have certainly used some classic online mapping or navigation applications (Google Maps, Waze …)
It is a practical and necessary tool during a trip.
In the same category, MAPS.ME is a lesser known but very interesting application

The advantage of this application is that it allows you to easily download the entire map of a city for offline consultation. This feature can be of great help in the absence of an internet connection.
Just do this before your departure and that’s it

• Start by zooming in on the destination city
• Continue to zoom in until you see the download option
• Start the download

Now you have the map of the city of your destination even without an internet connection. By activating geolocation on your phone, you can navigate with the application.

The MAPS.ME application is rich in addresses (restaurants, cafes, bus stations, train stations, etc.)

Travel by Taxi :

To order a taxi, you can use Uber and Bolt, which are well known in Europe

Depending on your destination, these two applications may be unavailable or less efficient. For example, Grab is widely used in Asia

Grab also offers grocery or food deliveries

It is best to find out in advance about the applications used in your destination country.
It is possible that you will not be able to download the application before your arrival in the destination country due to geographical restrictions.
For example, the applications we used in Egypt (Careem and InDrive) were not downloadable in France

Languages ​​and Communication :

Google Translate is an excellent translation and even communication tool

The application provides translation from and to several languages.
You can enter a text, take a photo of it or even pronounce it.

This voice translation function can allow you to have an interactive conversation with a person
You speak into the microphone, what you say is translated and pronounced in the language of your interlocutor.
The other person answers you in the same way.
