This is a nice hotel with a reception service and breakfast. It is perfectly located on the main street of AO Nang, the one that leads to the beach. It is perfect.

We leave the hotel to eat. We stop at a restaurant on the same street. THAI ME UP PANG Restaurant and Bar (8°01’54.9″N 98°49’22.8″E). We have spring rolls and a Pad Thai. It’s good and correct

For the evening, we continue our tour to the main beach of AO Nang

AO Nang Beach is a beautiful and large beach surrounded by mountains and greenery.

On our left, a small lively corniche with beach bars

At the end of this small corniche, you will find the “Monkey Trail”. It is a green area Where monkeys live. Tourists do not hesitate to approach them. But be careful because these animals can be dangerous.

On the opposite side of this small corniche, is the large beach street. At the beginning of this street, you can go down the stairs to the beach and admire the illuminated boats

We continue our way to the « Night Market« . It is a small tourist night market, with souvenir shops and Street Food.
We return by Tuk Tuk for 100 THB (2.7 €) And end our evening in a small bar on the main street (Our hotel’s street)

This is our second day in Krabi, we wake up with a magnificent view from our hotel

After breakfast (served in the hotel café), we head to AO Nang beach

We find the ticket office for the Longtail Boat (small boat typical of Thailand): 8°01’52.2″N 98°49’20.0″E.

This is where you can buy tickets to go to Railay Beach with these boats

To go to Railay Beach, the trip takes 15 minutes and the round trip costs 200 THB per person (5,3 €). You will have 2 tickets per person, you must keep one for the return and give the second one to a skipper.

We arrive at the magnificent beach of Railay Beach on the West side

After a little swim in an enchanting setting, we leave for a walking tour in the small village of Railay

The place is magnificent with small shops, hotels and a path that leads to the East part of Railay

We return to the West beach of Railay and have a drink in one of the many bars on the beach.

From the same beach, we just have to show the return ticket to one of the longtail boats so that it takes us back to AO Nang.

We arrive at our hotel, take a quick shower before going to eat at a well-rated restaurant: Sea Salt (8°02’01.2″N 98°49’40.1″E). It is located higher up, on the same street as the hotel. The view from the restaurant terrace is magnificent

This is not a restaurant with Thai specialties but a restaurant having western dishes. The food is very good

During the evening, we enjoy the fire show (Almost every day on AO Nang Beach)

Then, we walk along the corniche, which is always crowded and lively

We end up like the day before in the Night Market to taste Thai Street Food

Before returning to the hotel by Tuk-tuk
